King George Whiting / Oct - April
On these charters you will use quality Whiting rods and reels and skipper Jason will work hard to get you onto the fish.
We supply all bait, burley rods and reels, although if you have a favourite Whiting outfit you can bring it along
Squid & Calamari Charter/ All year
Squid & Calamari fishing in Victoria waters is becoming a very popular pursuit. Not only is it visually exciting and great fun these cephalopods are tremendous eating. In late winter the big breeders move into Port Phillip to breed and are targeted through Spring.
Bream Fishing Charter / May - Sept
Its the season most Victorian anglers take a break, though if your looking for great fun in a beautiful environment then one of Magnets Bream charters is for you!
Gummy Sharks Charters/ Oct - June
Gummy sharks can be found lurking the edges of channels and reefs all year round. Your skipper likes to target them towards the end of Snapper season although they are available throughout the whole season.
Elephant Fish Charters / Feb - April
From late February through till the end of April Elephant fish migrate into local waters and can be caught in great numbers. Catch and release is the go here as bag limits of one Elephant fish per person apply.
Other Bay Species / May - Aug
If you are interested in chasing Port Phillip Bay's other species such as Calamari squid, Flathead, Australian Salmon, Pike, Yellowtail Kingfish, Garfish and Sharks then we have just the trip to suit you.
